Our budget

Each campus association wishing to join may do it according to its laws and its own internal operating rules. The process will be easier to get out. This principle ensures not only the local sovereignty of its member associations, but it will also force the Student Union of the province of Quebec to a duty of excellence and performance.

Human resources

Coordination Committee

The coordination Committee is a team of ten people elected by the annual general meeting of the national association. They are compensated financially equivalent to the minimum wage for work full time during the term of office of one year.

Employees

To support the work of the coordination committee and the administrative management of the national association, it is planned to hire people for positions, including the tasks of research, accounting, administrative management, relationships Press, political and other advice as needed.

Internal representation costs

National Council of graduate and research funds

Research, mobilizing equipment, travel expenses and other expenses related to the fulfillment of the plan of action of this instance.

Training camp

Annual event featuring workshops intended for well-informed on various matters for the UEQ, its history, its internal functioning, etc.

Solidarity Fund

Envelope to help the associations who will need additional funds to be able to move in the instances of the UEQ

Translation of texts with simultaneous interpretation in the proceedings of the UEQ

Administration

Professional fees

General legal services and external audit of financial documents

Office

Costs for the premises of the headquarters and office supplies needs.

Telecommunications

Costs related to the Internet connection to mobile devices as well as phone lines fixed headquarters.

Bank charges

Costs associated with the bank account and other administrative fees charged by the financial institution of the national association.

Security Fund

Recurring envelope where the national association will dedicate funds to respond to the unexpected when necessary.
