Welcome to unionetudiante.ca (hereinafter the "Site"). Please read the following Terms of Use carefully; they bind you to the QSU, owner of the Site. 
By accessing the Site, the visitor accepts these Terms of Use and acknowledges having accessed it of his or her own free will. 
The Terms of Use may be amended at any time, and it is suggested that you refer to them regularly.
QSU is committed to its privacy policy towards visitors to the site.

You will need a login from the QSU to access certain sections of the Site. You agree to provide us with current and truthful information and to keep this information current at all times.

You agree to protect the confidentiality of your username and password and access to your computer so that no one else uses them. You shall immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your username and password and any breach of security of which you are aware within twenty-four (24) hours of such knowledge.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec or of Canada applicable to it. In addition, any legal action against the QSU must be brought in the judicial district of Montreal.
